    Third mistake is the condition of the fork legs, which ruins the fork seals.

    1. All of what you said are truly legit issues, but the fork condition isn't a mistake (error of decision) it's an environmental effect of oxidation on ferrous metal. Since they went for the bollock and left this bike available for anyone to lift into a van and get away with, that front tire can be left on the bike till thieves have spare time and safe harbor.
