Yesterday when I got home from work he's watching tv and says all cool & collective "I got that car running today."

That car hasn't ran since 2004.
I say "wow really?"
" yep I took the spark plugs out cleaned em gapped em put em back in and put the new spark plug wires on, that were in the car."
"No shit?"
" ya I dumped gas in the throttle body and it ran."
