this has me wondering... since it's not chain drive, belt drive, or CV joint... what's it called? Bridgeport Mill controls? (Bike was built and went to shows in 2018-2019) "The General" Western and Atlantic Rail Road, by Dream Fish Customs

    On steam locomotives, the apparatus was described with the unimaginative term: “connecting rod and crank mechanism”.

    The drive is by 'connecting rod' or 'siderod'. It was used on the world's first production motorcycle, the German Hildebrandt & Wolfmüller. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hildebrand_%26_Wolfm%C3%BCller)
