Cool things with wheels since 2006
I'm guessing this is a 1969 or 70 from the side marker light in the fender

I had a 69 Polara sedan back in the late 70s that had those wheel covers. Don't know if they were an option or standard equipment. I know they were a lot heavier than most wheel covers.

That stripe is there because it's a Dodge Polara 500
