Hyundai has been collectively smoking a lot of high grade opium if they figure they can go into production on this publicity stunt



sure, it's feasible, but it's also not got a chance in hell of getting into production, who's going to blow 50k or more for it, IF it can accomplish the industry crash standards, and further, get by the DOT in terms of allowing anyone to use it with nothing more than a drivers license. 

IF it's only going to be sold to specialist outfits like fire departments, etc for off road use, then it could bypass those impediments... but then, they'd have to charge a lot more per unit to recoup the cost of R&D and production. 

Hyundai did not say when it expects to have a working prototype or production vehicle ready.
