Dave Bell's rare color art, as so much of his work was black and white full size pages of lettering and hot rods

Larry emailed me to let me know that this was made by Dave Bell... and darn it, now the lowest point of the front bumper lines make sense!

I could not figure out what the lines on the bumper were, under the lowest headlight, now it's clear though, it says "Bell"
