13 yr old Gene Lin from Ohio has built one of the coolest go-karts, a miniature replica of the Tyrrell P34 Formula 1 race car, which wowed fans with its unorthodox during the 1977 F1 season.
That cart track is about a mile from my house. I can hear the fast carts when they are running.
Casey Putsch seems like a really cool guy. He runs a program called Genius Garage, where he offers internships to college students, working on race teams, designing vehicles or building airplanes to take to Osh Kosh. Here's his website -http://geniusgarageracing.com/
I'm hoping that my son can get an internship there when he goes to college.
Wow! Far out! You're darn near the center of how many of my posts? Lol... I swear, it's not planned out to post about your neighborhood! Lol.. but, things turn out that way sometimes. You had the dam that got torn down, and the truck was found in the resevoir, and didn't it have a body in it? Did they ever find out who that was?
There wasn't a body in the truck, and I've never heard if they found out who ditched it there. Someone was treasure hunting along the river near that spot and found two live grenades. The bomb squad came from Toledo to dispose of them.

ReplyDeleteMy mistake... 2 live grenades? Damn! Imagine how many they tossed in the water that went off!
