No excuses, driving a full load rig over a 1930 bridge like this is suicide. the wood planks are the first clue, the riveted iron is the 2nd. That is, if you missed the 6 ton weight limit sign

When I took the CDL test, part of the driving test was recognizing and understanding various traffic signs.
