these two actors were on CHiPs, and a decade or so later, on another show together

Andy was watching CHiPs and the guy on the left was in an episode...  he recognized the voice before the face... guy on right was a semi regular character on the show CHiPs... then they ended up being bad guys/good guys together in another series... Star Trek Next Generation
