  1. Harry Snyder, the founder of In-N-Out, was a huge fan of drag racing and owned half of a drag strip in the ’60s. He invested in 50% of the Irwindale Raceway in 1965 so he could serve In-N-Out burgers at the concessions stand. During this time, his two sons worked at the stands.
