I missed the news that Mike Harrah's 24 cylinder, 1700 cu in diesel with 8 superchargers (that's how many I see) is completed

This is a V24 Detroit Diesel two-stroke (normally used to power ships), which is two V12 Detroits joined together nose to nose with splined cranks. It adds up to 1,704 ci.

Harrah is a trucking and construction businessman, he claims this thing makes more than 3,400 hp

You tube has several videos of the engine running, and my advice is skip the first minute, of all of them. FOr some reason Mike wants to take the first minute to be infront of the camera... which I find odd, because he obviously had this engine built to get attention.

So why does nothing exist online newer than 2010 of this semi?
