This was Doug Serrurier's Lola T70 which he raced in South Africa in the late '60's/early '70's. The sponsor was Walls ice cream, which explains the 'stop me and buy one'. Van Rooyen cams was (IIRC) made by Basil van Rooyen's Superformance shop.
