  2. In my experience they come with every new Stihl chainsaw. Spark plug, bar clamping nuts sockets and a screw driver to adjust the tension on the chain. Do other brands have the same tool included?

  3. Others than Stihl had these, and I suspect it might be another, because I never saw a Stihl one with a weld that sloppy!

Funny story. The first of my several Stihls had an odd problem in that a Stihl dealer had put one a new bar and chain, and it did not oil properly. I tried all sorts of things, including of course a new oil pump. In frustration one day after about 30 seconds of oiling and the usual dry chain, I picked up the tool and threw it. I saw exactly where it went, only about 8 feet, and it was at the foot of a tree. Look as I might, I never saw it again. Teach you to throw tools, eh? I cheaped out, bought a Windsor bar and chain on mail order, and it worked perfectly for years. Some mismatch of chain with bar caused it not to pick up oil.
