a Hellcat powered Road Runner from Eu Clair Wisconsin... something you don't hear everyday

Why it has Montana plates, I realize now I forgot to ask

  1. The Montana plates are probably because the state's licensing, insurance, and/or specs are less demanding than other jurisdictions. Also, in some states, you can get around any residential requirements easily. Road&Track offered info about this in an article last year, which featured a street legal racing Ferrari which was very creatively registered for the street.

    1. Yes, I posted about it too, https://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2017/09/how-rich-are-getting-out-of-paying.html and I don't have much to go on to think a regular guy from Wisconsin is going to go to Montana to register his Road Runner.
But I do have his business card, and when I remember, I'll shoot him an email and ask him
