That is a 1933 Buick. Having five hood vent doors I think it is a Series 60. Flxible did built a lot of 'professional car' type bodies on various Buick chassis.
Flxible's were professional cars that were basically Buicks built for other purposes. They were often sold by Buick dealers. This one has a strong resemblance to the 1933 Buick station wagon, but probably a special on-off creation.
