exactly how close must you stand next to drift cars on the track, to do a news report? No matter what, they're still going to be in the background

  1. In auto racing related venues, there is always the high risk factor. Not just to the drivers, but to spectators, crew people, news reporters and even animals on occasion. Your heading states it pretty well, a little common sense here would go a long way. looking at the video, no doubt the reporter at best is going to be really sore. Personally I'm not much into drifting. I just look at that type of driving as serious over steer. Sliding through the turns is more for dirt track racing in my view. Guess I'm old fashioned that way.
