Not everyone gets the chance to own the kinds of cars they adored as children, at age 10 and far fewer end up with the exact same one 43 years later that made them fall in love with sports motoring in their impressionable youths.
Tony Parkinson’s Austin Healey 100S is one such example of that story though, and he is the proud owner of the exact car that he saw out for testing and tuning when it was being set up as a competition car, outside of Adelaide, Australia.
Now Parkinson is the one behind the wheel during historic race events and road rallies.
