ran the red light without coming to a stop, made a right on red when the sign says that's illiegal. Cops. Must be too busy eating donuts and driving

    I followed a cop in my home town (unintentionally I might add) and watched him drift through 2 stops signs and went through a stop light that was changing to red as he approached it...all the while he was on his cell phone. If I had thought ahead, I would have noted his cruiser number and reported him but the retaliation might have been severe on my part.
