Well, not a lot has changed in cars in the last 25 years. A LOT changed from 1965 to 1990, or, 1940 to 1965. But, 1994 to now? Not such a vast difference. In 1994 most cars had AC, decent FM radio and speakers, anti lock disc brakes, and the gas mileage hasn't drastically improved either.
So, I guess it makes sense when you factor in the lack of increases in pay, skyrocketing costs in rent and home ownership, and gas costing 3 to 4 times as much.
Oklahoma finally joins 42 other states in changing to the seller of a car keeping the license plate. This prevents a new owner from backstabbing a car seller with tickets, fines, and mistaken identity
