I'm not Joe, I can't answer for him, I don't do paint codes... but get ahold of CRC, they make Brakleen. That Hurst handle would be simple. Drill a big hole in the thick flat obverse of the logo, but not far enough to break through the logo, then drill in from the side so the logo orientates the way you want it to face a hole the size of your pull rope, and put your rope in, make a good knot .. or even a half knot, cut off the excess, hot glue gun the knot into the big hole you made. Done
