That looks to me like an Argentinean manufactured Ford Taunus Ghia. There is a small Ghia badge on the side of the front fender. Ford Taunus and Ford Cortina shared platform. To make things even more confusing Cortina was also a trim level within the Taunus lineup. You could purchase a Ford Taunus Cortina and later you could also get a Ford Taunus TC (TC was short for Taunus Cortina or Taunus Coupe). Sometimes it looks like car manufacturers go out of their way to make naming conventions extra confusing!
