a C6 Corvette Z06 lost control at a Goodguys event in Pleasanton, and crashed through concrete barrier, a fence, and ended up against a planter box. The only thing it didn’t hit was the crowd. An arial video of the crash was also posted on Facebook.

Goodguys 2023 Hot Rod of the Year title went to Coby Gewertz and his wild ’34 Ford Coupe.

 The Saint Christopher Coupe as Gewertz calls it, started life as a body shell he acquired from Mike Wolfe of the television show American Pickers. 

The build was performed over several years by South City Rod & Custom in Hayward, California, and features a long list of traditional hot rod custom touches such as the chopped top, rows of louvers across the roof and deck lid, vintage magnesium wheels and of course, a souped up 331 cubic-inch vintage Hemi engine.  The wild paint work is by Compani Color

I bet there are a lot of people who would love to find, and buy, an all original garage kept late 60s car - that's low mileage and rust free. This is odd though, it was a bench seat build.

the slotted mag rim looks great on everything, truck, vans, and commuters, but especially looks great on muscle cars

this van is either a factory short wheelbase, or a really good custom! It looks very cool

 

damn, I love car shows with a wide variety of makes and models, and Goodguys certainly has a lot of everything, like this 71 Duster, I haven't seen a cool duster in years, lots of 73, 74s, but the 71, 72 are getting really rare

believe it or not the above 67 Charger is for sale, with nothing more than a 383 727 and unknown they want 35 k for it. Just a rust free nice Mopar, nothing special, and they think someone will pay 35k
