The full story of the Dino that was dug up out of a yard in 1978

I posted this photo a couple years ago, but just came across this video explaining what happened to cause it to be buried. In a nutshell, the video is 3/4s the new owner bragging about how awesome he is and how much he's done to make the car perfect.

Or skip the back slapping, and just read this account: http://www.conspiracyclub.co/2015/03/03/buried-ferrari-in-backyard-1978/

Who cares! The only part you really want to know is why it was buried... the owner wanted to collect insurance on it, hired a couple heroin addicts to steal it and get rid of it, but they couldn't destroy it, instead they buried it. Skip the noise from the new owner, and get to the 16 minute mark to hear direct from the detective that got the tip from someone that there was a car buried in their yard

some cool photos from Stiff Speed http://stiffspeed.tumblr.com

these are some really unusual vehicles in these photos, a VW mini van with a fifth wheel, and that very unusual 5th wheel hot rod / dragster I posted a couple years ago, in 2011

above photo developed in Apr 1962

those are very subtle differences!

James Coburn, a Lamborghini Miura, and a bad movie

 below translated into Belgian

and why would the Italian version have a Ferrari Dino featured? Isn't the Lambo Italian enough? photo from http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/archiveitem/13060325.html

A movie mediocre it isn't on Amazon.com. You can buy a copy at http://scootermoviesshop.com/cubecart/western/the-honkers-1972-dvd/prod_7372.html but don't buy the hype in their description of the movie, instead, go with the guy that has watched them all, and isn't selling you anything http://every70smovie.blogspot.com/2011/01/honkers-1972.html

Both sites point out that 1972 was the year that 4 rodeo movies came out, Jr Bonner (Steve McQueen) probably the best, and this one is probably the worst
