Somehow from the writing on the video I get the hint that the man doing this has little regard for the tire manufacturer's safety specs.
Safety specs? We no need no stinnnking safety specs!
Alot of big truck tires say "regrooveable" on the sidewall Ive had a few of em done before, cheaper and faster and safer than a re-cap all the truck tire treads you see on the interstate are re-caps
