I scored an adapter! Play my cassettes on the 8 track! Whoa! Never expected to find one of these, new in box, but... the seller had another, maybe better? He's going to see what the other ought to be priced at, as the 5 dollars he was asking is certainly lower than market value... but, just how many people are going to use these anyway? Besides me? not many

of the hundreds of 8 tracks at the swap meet, I tried to put together a good collection so if when I get an 8 track player, my 69 Dodge will be period perfect

I've heard some people go so far as to put change in the ashtray or on the carpet that is no newer than the year their car was made, and get matchbooks from around that year, maps for the glovebox from that era, etc

Coolest thing I saw at the swap meet today, a collection of old tuning equipment, now garage art, priced to sell

this marvelous machine above I think is priced at $900

this is the only one I figured I had any potential to afford, and I was right. $175
