It was legal back then, and the term was "riprap" for using junkyard cars to line river banks to minimize erosion and prevent levees from getting breached

Yes that's true, I meant criminal in the sense that there's no chance to save this '69 Charger. And another one bites the dust.

all the cars were pulled from junkyards, so, it didn't have an engine when they dumped it... .
