Owner made to reflect the kind of rig he wants, but no one builds anymore.

  1. It's not a Diamond T...It's a former American LaFrance fire engine, at least the cab and front body work are. The running gear and frame are all picked and rodded off other vehicles.

    1. Well, I'll be. I'm not too familiar with the many DTs and ALFs... I repeated what the source said, as it looks close enough to the DT and nothing caused me to think ALF.
Thanks for the correction, I appreciate it

    2. The big American LaFrance hood width is pretty unique and a clue to it's maker....ALF was producing their own V-12 engines in the late 30s and 40s.

    3. I've seen and posted plenty, I just have a lousy memory for them. I guess I'm spread too thin over cars, trucks, tanks, planes, bikes, etc
