When there's a storm, and they send out a bucket truck for a small repair, you better keep that dumb SOB on some plywood sheets... and then he won't get stuck, cause when he gets stuck, they send out a winch truck, and then he gets stuck, so they send out another... and you're left with ditches the whole damn length of your yard

when I bought my house in a suburb of Atlanta, I specifically bought one in an older neighborhood built out in the late 60s / early 70s to get a large lot and mature hardwood trees, 3/4 acre and so many 60-120 year old oak trees that no grass will grow in the yard.

and just to make you Cali people jealous, it took the next door neighbors almost a year to sell their 3 BR brick split ranch on 1/2 acre for $275K
my wifes family sold her parents home in rural Alabama, 3 BR on 5 acres with a 20x40 workshop for $76K, took over a year to sell it.
