    State of the art for 1965, impressive for a regional carrier. Most flight simulators at the time (and to a large extent today) were purpose built for a particular aircraft. The 610 is based on the Link 60 which was designed for general aviation instrument training. So its essentially the same system, but with a BAC 1-11 cockpit.
