The two dials labeled "Dufaux-Repusseau" are for adjusting the dampers on the shocks for various conditions (i.e., city, highway, country). Beautiful automobile. Thanks for posting.

I'm pretty sure those dials are for adjusting the front and rear shock absorbers. I think Bugatti used the same or similar. And that geometric abstract interior is tres chic.

my old peugeot had manual adjustment of distributor on the dash board; don't know why two knobs but 'avance/arrette' = advance and retard timing maybe?
that was one of my guesses too, or 2 fuel tanks and levels
