Just A Car Guy: I doubt any of you have them, but, lets put safety before anything else, right? So, Harbor Freight three-ton and six-ton heavy-duty steel jack stands with item numbers 56371, 61196, and 61197 are being recalled. They are not as heavy duty as they were meant to be.

I doubt any of you have them, but, lets put safety before anything else, right? So, Harbor Freight three-ton and six-ton heavy-duty steel jack stands with item numbers 56371, 61196, and 61197 are being recalled. They are not as heavy duty as they were meant to be.

And if you've got 3 to 6 tons ready to break the jackstands YOU're relying on to stay alive... you better get some better ones than anything that Harbor Freight sells.
