what stands out the most about this BMW... that the driver can't park for shit, figures they won't get tickets for speeding based on the police union bribe (11-99 foundation) or the 4 exhaust tips influenced by the Corvette?

thanks! I was thinking maybe M San M was about that it's an M4 Competition, so, similar to an M Sport... and the word Sanno used to mean that specifically a car was really cool, or good looking. So, I was thinking it was a very smug M competition BMW, even a snob. But then, I think BMW owners are really full of themselves
