The men then got out of their vehicles, where the Napoleon Complex cop pulled out his gun.

However, the police chief said on Monday that the department had not reached a final conclusion about what was recorded with the camera.

 “I didn’t get any evidence. I don’t know what happened,” said Ross Peterson, police chief of Dechert.

 “It was said that there was some kind of situation between him and this former officer.”  “I don’t see anything in such media,” Peterson said. “I don’t want to see it. How many, 1 video or 10 videos did you have? I don’t know, come out and do something completely different from what the video says?"
