Zimmer Quicksilver, based on a Pontiac Fiero, was at a Mustang show in Pennsylvania. How you guys knew that, is the next question


So, it seems a lot of your are familiar with this, can anyone tell me how you knew it was a Zimmer, based on a Fiero? I've never seen one of these on the internet before, did I miss something? Were they famous due to a tv show or something?

  5. Late night surfing the net, interesting car appears, I keep the pic and then remember it when you ask for what it is. It helps having a special interest in cars that have been re-imagined, like the 1970s Stutz Blackhawk or the late 1960s Auburn Speedster. Kit cars are fine too, but not 'real' the same way....
