the Sisterhood Rickshaw Rally is 60 women journeying 1000Km across India with the goal of raising £350,000 to support projects in Chennai

 

Ladies Circle India and Round Table India identified three women and girls' projects for the funds to be donated to,  weather-resistant classrooms towards giving skills training to young women to allow them to achieve 

Since launching in 2006 to dragonboat across the English Channel in Aug 2007 (gaining a World Record), The Sisterhood has clocked up an incredible number of challenges - the Amazon raft race, Marathon de Sables, Bosphorus swim, Costa Rico Coast to Coast race, Kilamanjaro, Venice Vogalonga, The LA to Vegas Speed Project, Chennai Rickshaw run .. the list goes on. All in aid of various women and children’s charities.
