Kevin Bacon has a new tv series getting released on Amazon Apr 3rd, and his character has a 71 Chevelle... good choice! And to my surprise, I find we are related, a common ancestor from Drinkstone Manor in the 1500s
looks like a 72 Chevelle. those round taillights were for 71/72, and the front grille and marker lights were unique for each year, too. the 71 had a split marker light design, and the 72 had a single larger amber colored marker light lens.
