He cleared with is truck but forgot about the trailer and tried to move to the right too soon. That cost him three tires, and it looks like at least two ruined rims as well. Probably a fine as well when the Police got there.
Maybe I miss something, but for me it seems he is only hitting the curb.

I guess you're right. By the way: This must be from Russia - or some other ex-soviet territory - as the truck is a Kamaz.
