      Distinctive disc wheels. The car is probably blue. The 1924 Oakland was the first cat to use the new Duco paint, only available at first in blue. The 1924 Oakland was known as the True Blue Oakland. I am not up on paint technology but I think that prior to that getting paint to dry was the main thing holding up production of cars. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oakland_Motor_Car_Company
