standing ovation for Florida State Trooper Toni Shuck, 26 year vet on the force, who used her police cruiser to stop a drunk driver in a head on collision to prevent the drunk from driving into runners using the bridge for a fund raiser marathon. That's a hero move!
It's always nice to see that there are still some cops out there who take the idea of serving and protecting that seriously. I'm certainly glad she walked away from it, because there's certainly no guarantee she would. That was a very gutsy move.
