Grandpa Schultz finally realized a life long dream of becoming a member of the Imperials lowrider club.
It looks like there's almost no clearance under the back axle, so that wouldn't be much use on soft ground. My first thought was an aircraft tug, but the link describes it as a warehouse tractor. Maybe it was designed to fit through low doorways.
Looks like something for using in an Orchard that would pass under tree branches. MAYBE?
