just one car making a U turn, was sitting at the intersection in a way that blocked 2 lanes, which created a snowball effect of other people who couldn't restrain themselves to jut one lane, and created a traffic jam

I wasn't fast enough to get the photo about 2 seconds faster, showing the one car making a left U turn, as it blocked the two turn lanes. They do move pretty quick when that light turns green
