Update on the obvious, Kevin Hart's Barracuda crash has now been ruled by the CHP as reckless driving. No duh.

According to a California Highway Patrol incident report, Hart and the driver, Jared Black, sustained back injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The CHP report noted that Black was turning onto Mulholland Highway near Malibu, Hart was in the passenger's seat, when he accelerated and lost control of the Barracuda.

The car careened down an embankment and slammed into a tree, according to the report.

They were believed not to be wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

"There were fold and crease marks on the seat belt surfaces consistent with being folded and tucked into the seats and no indicators of occupant loading were present," the report said.

  1. if they were wearing belts, they would have bruises from the belts,
the weird part is why Harts bodyguards took him home first instead of to the hospital.
and why he let someone who had no experience driving a 800HP car, drive it.
