This could be the only span, of a multi span bridge, that is this low to the ground. The remaining spans may require the use of this Bridge Inspection Vehicle, but they took this picture.3. The Snooper truck is a self propelled road legal truck, a scissor lift requires delivery to the site.There are a variety of Bridge inspection rigs for sale or rental.
