Maserati MC12 seized by cops (6 years ago)... that's just the tip of the iceberg... a dozen of the most expensive supercars were seized by Parisian police from the president of some African country mired in poverty



also, 2 Veyrons, a Carrera GT, one Enzo, a Ferrari 599 GTO,  an Aston Martin V600 LM, a Bentley, and a Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe. The others weren't specified

The supercars were seized at the Parisian residence of the president of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, just a stones throw away from the Arc de Triomphe.

Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo is currently the longest ruling leader in Africa and also Chairman of the African Union. In November 2010, the Supreme Court of France accepted the appointment of an investigating judge and the opening of a judicial inquiry into claims that the President has used state funds to purchase private property in France. His son is the owner of one of the most expensive houses in Malibu, California
