Kelly-Springfield Motor Truck Co was established in about 1910 when the Kelly-Springfield Tire Company decided to enter the truck business,

The trucks were either 5 or 6 ton, and had about 30hp


"When Kelly introduced their own water cooled engine in 1912 they became Kelly-Springfield. This was also the year the Renault-style hood with the radiator behind it was introduced also. K-S built trucks ranging from one to six tons. By 1929 Kelly-Springfield trucks were gone."
