San Diego car calendar updated on Aug 18

The Car Club Council
meets on the first Tuesday of every month ( Sept 2nd ) at San Diego Auto Museum
doors at the South East end of the building
Starts at 7:00 p.m. usually runs about an hour and a 1/2

August 23
14th annual VW Familienfest,
9 a.m., Rancho Guajome Adobe House, 2210 N. Santa Fe Ave, Vista.
Vintage, air-cooled Volkswagens is hosted by Strictly Vintage 2s, a San Diego bus club.
The show is open to all 1939-1979 Volkswagens, including Bugs, Things and Karmann Ghia Also featured: a vintage bicycle and custom wagon display, giveaways and the "paint a bus" activity for children.
General admission: $8; 12 and younger admitted free.
