    Note the 2 letter prefix on the phone number. Wonder what the NE stood for. Growing up in Ulysses Ks our prefix was FL6, Flanders 6.

      You'll get that answer by Googling the location of Jeffries shop. Los Angeles in general, but what neighborhood I don't recall.
