Millersburg (Kentucky) PD officers conducted a traffic stop on Sept. 2 after spotting a license plate that was hand drawn


The driver had no insurance and was driving with a suspended license.

  2. I live in Kentucky and saw this in the news last week. The trooper that pulled him over said he did so because he was missing the registration sticker and then found the fake plate. The dumbass forgot to draw the sticker on the plate.

  3. why do this when its so easy to just print one on a computer?

    years ago before printers and the internet, my brother used to take a Polaroid of parking stickers in the employee lots, at the college he attended, cut the picture to the correct size and glue it on his back bumper so he could park in the teachers lot.
