The Casa Blanca is a 1st gen Imprezza (1999 ish?) that was given a "retro" look, or at least what loosely passed for retro in Japan. It looks like one of those modified production cars Mitsuoko sells, but this was actually done by Subaru itself, which is probably why it's both ugly and boring.
