Nashville Mayor shut down enjoying life while drinking in "transpotainment" vehicles, including pedicabs, pedal carriages, limousines, party barges, party buses, or any hirable passenger vehicle where guests are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages.

Guys with tractors laughed, and pulled up with wagons.

Tennessee, what is the issue with alcohol? I rarely even drink a beer, and never anything stronger as I can't afford to piss away my paychecks, but the State of Tennessee has counties where it's still illegal to buy alcohol. Wtf? That's WHERE they make Jack Daniels (Moore county, dry since 1910)!

That still is a mystery to me why no one with common sense gets elected and ends all that puri-tyranical nonsense

you can in fact legally buy commemorative bottles of Jack Daniel’s at the distillery tour. The whiskey inside the commemorative bottle is free, a legality loophole established in state law.
